The deal

Planning is free. When you turn on money collection for a trip, Bach HQ charges a one-time $29 unlock fee. Stripe processing fees apply to guest payments and are paid to Stripe, not Bach HQ.

Money & refunds

Bach HQ uses Stripe Connect destination charges. Guest payments settle directly into the organizer's connected Stripe account. Bach HQ does not hold funds and does not issue refunds for guest payments — refunds are issued by the organizer from their Stripe dashboard. The $29 unlock fee is non-refundable once the trip's collection has been opened.

Custom planning services

Separately from the app, Bach HQ sells done-for-you planning packages: Lite ($99), Full ($499), and VIP ($1,500). Each is a one-time fee paid at checkout and covers our planning work only.

  • Turnaround. Lite: written feedback within 48 hours. Full: delivered within 7 days. VIP: onboarding call within 24 hours, then ongoing coordination. Timelines start when we receive your completed brief and pause while we are waiting on information from you.
  • Revisions. Lite includes one round. Full includes two rounds. VIP includes the Full scope plus coordination through the trip.
  • Communication. A Bach HQ planner works with you by email at events@bachhq.ai (plus a call for VIP).
  • Your responsibilities. You must give us accurate dates, city, guest count, budget, and preferences, and respond to questions and — for VIP — booking approvals in a timely way. Missing or late information extends the delivery timeline.

Vendors, bookings, and third parties

Package fees never include the cost of what you book. Restaurants, activities, lodging, transport, and vendor deposits are paid separately at each vendor's own prices and are subject to that vendor's availability, terms, and cancellation policies, which apply to you directly. We do not guarantee availability at any specific venue and we are not responsible for third-party price changes, cancellations, or service quality. Bach HQ is not a travel agency and does not handle flights, travel insurance, or visas. On VIP, where we book on your behalf, we will obtain your approval before incurring any vendor charge, and those charges are governed by the vendor's own refund policy, not ours.

Planning refunds & cancellation

You may request a full refund of a planning package within 24 hours of purchase or before planning work begins, whichever happens first, by emailing events@bachhq.ai. Once planning work has begun, fees are non-refundable, except where Bach HQ fails to deliver the purchased scope within the stated turnaround — excluding delays caused by missing or late information from you. VIP vendor charges are separate from the package fee and always require your approval before we book.

Acceptable use

You won't use Bach HQ for fraud, illegal goods, or anything that violates Stripe's restricted-business list. Trips that do will be removed.

Your content

You own your trip content. You grant Bach HQ the limited right to host and display it to your invited guests. You're responsible for getting permission from anyone whose photos you upload to The Wall.

No warranty

Bach HQ is provided "as is". We're not responsible for canceled trips, no-show guests, or weather.
