How it works

- 2. We build. Our planner replies from events@bachhq.ai with your itinerary, vendor picks, and links.
- 3. You launch. We drop the whole plan into your Bach HQ trip workspace so guests can RSVP, vote, and pay.
What your fee covers — and what it doesn't
Included: our planning work — research, the itinerary, vendor and lodging shortlists, and the revision rounds listed in your tier.
Not included: the cost of anything you book. Restaurants, activities, lodging, transport, and vendor deposits are paid separately at each vendor's own prices, and are subject to their availability and cancellation terms. On VIP we book for you only after you approve each charge.

Before you book
- What happens right after I check out?
- You land on a short brief form — bride, city, dates, guest count, budget per guest, vibe, must-dos, and anything to avoid. A Bach HQ planner emails you from events@bachhq.ai within 24 hours to confirm we have everything we need.
- Who am I actually talking to?
- A Bach HQ planner, over email at events@bachhq.ai. Lite and Full are handled entirely over email. VIP starts with an onboarding call within 24 hours of purchase.
- When is my plan delivered?
- Lite is a 48-hour turnaround, Full is delivered within 7 days, and VIP begins with an onboarding call within 24 hours. The clock starts once we have your completed brief — if we are waiting on details from you, the timeline shifts by that amount.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Lite includes one round of revisions. Full includes two rounds. VIP includes everything in Full plus ongoing coordination through the trip.
- Are vendor, lodging, and reservation costs included?
- No. Your package fee covers our planning work only. Restaurants, activities, lodging, transport, and any vendor deposits are paid separately at the vendor's own prices and are subject to their availability, terms, and cancellation policies. On VIP we book on your behalf only after you approve each charge.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase or before planning work begins, whichever happens first — just email events@bachhq.ai. After work begins, fees are non-refundable, except if we fail to deliver the purchased scope within the stated turnaround (excluding delays caused by missing information from you). VIP vendor charges are separate and always require your approval before we book.
- What do you need from me?
- An accurate brief: dates, city, realistic guest count, a per-guest budget, and your must-dos and hard nos. For VIP we also need timely approval on bookings — reservations move fast and we cannot hold a slot without a yes.
- What is not included?
- We do not guarantee availability at any specific venue, we cannot control third-party price changes or cancellations, and we do not act as a travel agency or handle flights, insurance, or visas.
